   Santa’s Forest & Nursery is a choose and cut farm in the southern end of Suffolk. We have been planting trees since 2000 but only open since 2006.
This year, due to the increased volume of customers and the reduced volume of sellable trees, we are only going to open weekends, starting with the weekend after Thanksgiving.

We are planting every year but it will take a few years to build the tree inventory back up. We are, however, going to bring in fresh cut Fraser Firs from the mountains of Virginia. We are going to have wreaths and garland, along with free hot chocolate, coloring books and candy canes for the kids. Santa’s assistants will be happy to shake, bale, and carry your tree to your car. We supply saws, and twine.

Again this year we are going to offer B & B (balled and burlapped) trees. The trees this year are Deodora Cedar they are hardy for our zone, and are bluish in color. They will not make a good choose and cut however, but they will be beautiful in your yard for years to come. Choose a B & B for the holidays, and then plant it after the season ends. These trees at 5’-7’ tall and prices range from $60.00 to $85.00.

Come early in the season - due to the great number of customers we can’t guarantee the volume of trees will last through the selling season. So come early and get a good one.

We accept cash or checks for payment -- sorry, no credit or debit cards.

Directions: 58 Bypass around Suffolk, exit right on Route 13 South to Ahoskie/Edenton, exit right onto 13 South, stay in left lane and turn left onto 32 South (Carolina Road), go 8.2 miles and Farm is on the right (one mile before the N. C. State line).
