we are the oldest Christmas tree farm in the county – Thirty years of continuous family operation.

Middleburg Farm is a choose and cut operation and we offer Douglas Firs, Norway Spruce and Colorado Blue Spruce. We have over 3,000 trees taller than 6 feet of which 1,000 are more than 9 feet tall. Our trees cost $60 each for up to six feet, over six feet we charge $10 per foot.
We also offer wreaths on a 16” frame with an outside diameter of about 22” for $25 each.
We offer free greens, plenty of saws (no waiting), toilets, shaking and baling of the trees, tree carts. We have over 100 acres of trees and seedlings. Bring your own picnic, we make picnic tables available and we have open fires to keep you comfortable. We welcome dogs. Our farm has beautiful views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
We offer the friendliest service possible. We encourage our clients to spend time on the farm. There is no rush to move on, but once you are ready to go we shall help you to get going as quickly as we can.
We are members of the Virginia Christmas Tree Growers Association and the Virginia Forestry Association.

Directions:
Loudoun County 30 miles from the Capital Beltway. Take Route 50 West to Middleburg, VA. Turn Right at the traffic light in Middleburg onto Route 626 (Foxcroft Road), 6.2 miles. Turn Right on Route 630 (Unison Road), 0.1 mile turn Left on Christmas Tree Lane.

Take Route 7 to Purcellville, VA. Take the Purcellville off ramp turn Left on Route 287. Go 0.2 miles, turn Right on Route 7 Business. Proceed through Purcellville. Turn Left on Route 690 (32nd Street), 5.5 miles, go through the stop sign onto Route 611 (St. Louis Road), 3.7 miles turn Right on Route 626 (Foxcroft Road), 1.2 miles turn Right on Route 630 (Unison Road), go 0.1 mile turn Left on Christmas Tree Lane.

Days and Hours of Operation:
Our first day of operation is Friday after Thanksgiving, thereafter Saturdays and Sundays from 9AM to 5PM until Christmas Eve.
