Doris and I began our dream of building a working Christmas tree farm operation in 1999. We have worked hard during the last seven years to bring our farm back to a condition that we believe will be an enjoyable experience for all of our customers. While we planned to open our choose and cut operation this year to the general public, the current drought and ongoing construction at the farm has forced us to delay our opening until 2008. We may be able to handle a few customers this year on Saturdays after Thanksgiving but call in advance to set up an agreed upon time. Most of our trees are in the 5-6 foot range. We also have a number of Red and/or White cedars for those who want an old fashion style Christmas tree.
Location: Our farm is located on 178 acres at the foot of Hume and Moonshine mountains in Brightwood, Madison County, Virginia. It is approximately 14 miles south of Culpeper and 5 miles north of the town of Madison off of Route 699.
