White Horse Farm is located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge, within close driving distance from the Roanoke, Smith Mountain Lake and Martinsville areas.

With over 20 years experience in growing Christmas Trees, we feel we have a great selection of beautiful trees in a beautiful setting.  We’re always expanding our variety of tree species, for future seasons.

We provide saws for you to use, or you can choose and we cut.  Cart and wagon shuttles are available, although foot travel through the farm and on our trails is also enjoyable.  On bad weather days, choose from a selection of freshly pre-cut trees.  Feel free to bring your dogs (and leashes).

While here, visit with our horses and warm up in our Craft Shop.  We make various sizes of wreaths and sprays, and have a number of unique hand-crafted gifts.  Many of the items are horse-related, for you, your horse or as exciting gifts for others.

Directions from the Roanoke area:
 Take Rte. 220 south to Boones Mill.  Turn right onto Bethlehem Road (Rte. 739) and drive 8 miles to the stop sign at Callaway Road.  Turn right onto Callaway Road (Rte. 641) and go 3 miles to Old Forge Road (Rte. 756) on the left.  Turn onto Old Forge and go exactly 1 mile then turn right onto Factory Hill Road (Rte. 806).  Go 1 mile then turn left onto Redfield Lane.  The farm is 0.3 miles out this gravel road on the left. Hours:

Saturdays and Sundays, 9 to 5, from Thanksgiving to Christmas (plus the Friday after Thanksgiving and by appointment)
